この症例ではソケットリフト（インターナルサイナスリフト）含む２回法の術式を紹介する。上顎左の第一大臼歯部位に5.0×6.0㎜のインプラントを埋入した。インプラントシミュレーションソフト上での治療計画により、サージカルガイドをデザイン、作成した。5.0×5.0㎜のインプラントを埋入する予定のサージカルステントを作成し、上顎洞底への侵襲を極力少なくなるように計画した。インターナルサイナスリフト法をして、5.0×6.0㎜のインプラントを埋入することにした。オステオトミーは5.0㎜径のインプラント埋入用のサージカルキットを使用。6.0㎜長径まで順序よくリーミングしていった。最終クラウンセット後、1週間、9か月、5年後のレントゲン写真も紹介している。
