This case study and technique video demonstrates the planning and one-stage placement of two adjacent 4.5 x 6.0mm SHORT® Implants for a 66-year-old male patient. The countersinking of the osteotomies to prevent inadvertent drifting of the reamers, and the use of Guide Pins, Paralleling Pins, Bone Expanders, and Hand Reamers as guides during osteotomy preparation are also demonstrated.
